Did you know that you eat leaves, roots, and seeds? Become a plant detective and solve the mystery of what we eat.

You will become a plant detective today to solve case #1 In Search of Green Life. This is an important task because it requires you to investigate several mysteries.

• Identify plant parts and label them using the internet.
• Complete a word search about plants.
• Print out word search and plant outline to place in your plant learning log.
• E-mail Detective LePlant to answer questions you have about plant life .

4. Print out your Word Search.
5. Use the internet Glossary to solve the word search.
